Some food for thought

When the dogma eats the karma, or what happens when a business gets too big for its britches

The article is quite short, but there are a couple of examples of a business trying to dictate to the consumer of what they “must” do.   That doesn’t fly real well as historical evidence shows; it usually precedes said business folding for all time (or in the case of MaBell, getting broken up forcefully.  Not the greatest example, but,,,).   Read the comments.   I would like you to pay particular attention to the ‘Russian Hackers” part.   Think about that.   Why would a country that is being spun up as some evil empire building nightmare, WANT to provide end runs around Corporate Beachheads on proprietary equipment?    

IMO: Because said “evil empire building nightmare” is actually a Capitalist country that is being SMEARED by Totalitarian wannabes, LIKE OUR COUNTRY iS NOW.   We haven’t felt real CAPITALISM since around 1913 when the Federal Reserve came into being and while the “Robber Barons” were being legislated*out of existence.   Even into the 1920’s and 30’s we still had some, but it was being slowly morphed into SOCIALISM and that has become closer to Oligarchy (if not an out-right Oligarchy.  The Jury is still out on that and debate can become quite heated.)  (I promise, I am off the soapbox about Russian misperceptions; Y’all believe what ya want.)

I was up at 3 am this morning, spent a couple hours reading through other sites, including my online comics.   One of those was at Chris Muirs “DaybyDay”.   it wasn’t the comic that shuttered me, it was the nature of the comments section.  Short version: THE SPIN IS COMPLETE.   Unlike the ideas promoted by the link in my last post, the mentality that maybe we(The US collectively) are still the Shiznizzle of the World (despite epic levels of proof AGAINST, thanks in no small part to current admin, aka THE FRAUD.) can only be equated to cognitive dissonance.  NO ONE WANTS TO ADMIT THAT AT CURRENT COURSE AND SPEED, THE US IS FINISHED.   Without a MAJOR series of changes in leadership, we are rushing headlong into becoming a Bigger version of Cuba or Nicaragua.  That’s not to say its inevitable: there is always some ‘chance’ of something happening to turn the tide, but I don’t hold hope for such.  350million peeps with some slanted misperceptions of reality can keep things moving through sheer momentum, despite what reality or the world has to say about it.

Solutions?   I haven’t any.   I see the cure, but being just a simple little INTJ blogger with no pull,,,  *sigh*.   All I can do is keep pounding on the keys and hoping that enough people read my words and THINK.   But, I know better.  When your daily readership is under 300, you probably aren’t hitting enough.   And the fact that my readership IS under 300, I know I am one of the odd ones that will never EVER have any effect of consequence on Public Opinion.   Is what it is.    I see now why ZeroGov went dark,,, (at least his archives are still active, for now.   Go educate yourself if you haven’t already.

* When the government starts dictating to business, you are no longer a true Capitalist based system, you are on the march to Socialism, Fascism, and Communism.
