Very very soon. The rest of the flooring is going in this week. (It is supposed to be in today or in morning) and this weekend I will be installing the flue parts and woodstove. THEN I am most definitely “movin’ in”. Some things will still have to be kept/done in the RV for now (like showers and clothes storage) but those aren’t going to stay that way for long. One thing i must do is get hotwater working and for that, I need the stove functional. Similar set up to the experiments we were doing at your place but not for floor heating.

Sheeit, hang some curtains and ole Voodoo, better watch out, be a new female master showing up soon…looking good, putting my ole slow as to shame, NOT, but damn sure inspiring me to shut down time wasters like the tube and phone, crank up the radio and get busier. You a blessed man having the extra hands available. Plenty times just a hand here and there could’ve saved hours….but the fact you still got Pops with you is thing I’m most envious of you for …mine is in spirit and think of him many times during day….been 40 years, but like it was yesterday and so many times wished I’d paid more attention at things he did. Especially in the gardening and smoking and curing meats….but I’m getting there. ..glad you posting your progress, you still teaching and motivating…stay safe brother.

Oh believe me, I would fall to pieces if’n my dad passed on. Not just because of the hands but the fact that he is a treasure trove of stuff long forgotten elsewhere. (And for other emotional reasons to long to list). Dunno ’bout that “female master” thing just yet; still enjoying my bachelorhood. Voo is not so happy about the flooring right now but he will get over it once he figures out rapid starts and stops don’t work on the slick stuff. LOL. should’ve seen him on the wood floor that was put down already (about 50 sqft)(only 220sqft to go) spinning wheels to get out and see who was pulling in. Fell flat on his nose with his ass in the air and back axle still spinning.

3/4″ natural white oak t&g. Pics will b posted soon. Some already down, but needed 11 more boxes to finish. Was kinda railroaded on this by the dad but hey, it will outlast me n Voo by at least two decades. Was listed at $4/sqft at lowes, local supplier has it for <$3sqft. $635 for 220

I don’t know why it’s been so long since I dropped by, but there it is.
Your place is really looking good: not too big or small, just right.
Voo is looking good, too. He has good staff looking after him [snerk]
Gotta get back in the habit of stopping by.
